Adding value to client's needs, we are also in the position to leverage on our close working partnership with Foo Kon Tan, a network firm of HLB International when clients need advice on expanding into the emrging new markets.

KCK is headed by our Director and CEO Mrs. Tan Soon Soo, a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators UK (ICSA), Fellow of Chartered Institute of Secretaries Singapore, as well as a Fellow of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants. She holds an Honours Degree in law conferred by the University of London. She has more than 25 years of experience.

Mrs Tan Foo Soon Soo and our Senior Manager, Ms. Sapphira Low are registered as qualified individuals under ACRA's enhanced regulatory regime, and together have more than 50 years’ experience between them. They with a team of dedicated staff, relive our clients from the burden of managing the statutory compliance and administration pertaining to their corporate Secretarial affairs, and allow them to focus on driving their business.
